No Auto Complete Klondike Solitaire

I want to eventually put an option in my solitaire card games to turn on or turn off the 'Auto Complete' feature. Auto Complete was requested so much before I put it in, that I thought it was a slam dunk. Unfortunately, very vocal anti-autocomplete forces were antagonized by my new feature and demanded it's removal. This is my attempt to pacify them.
