In Pyramid Solitaire, 21 cards are dealt into a 6 row pyramid shape. Immediately below the pyramid, 6 additional cards are dealt, and the remaining cards are placed into a stock pile. The player looks for pairs of cards where the total card rank adds up to 13. Number cards have the value of their number, Aces have a value of 1, Jacks a value of 11, Queens a value of 12, and Kings a value of 13. Because Kings have a value of 13, they can be removed by themself.
